Welcome! My name is Caitlin Muster founder of Like a Boss Consulting. Like a Boss Consulting was established with the goal to help small businesses get on track and set up for long-term success.
After growing up in the Gladstone Park neighborhood of Chicago, I attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where I obtained my degree in Finance from the Collage of Business. Upon graduation, I began working for a bank, where I have been ever since. In the 15+ years, I have gained extensive knowledge in both commercial lending and retail banking. Additionally, since 2015, I have been operating a small business alongside my sister. Since our small business began 10 years ago, we have tripled in size, generating seven-figure revenues and employing 25 employees who operate our facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
I currently reside in Park Ridge with my husband and two young children. I look forward to helping your small business succeed for many years to come!
